Columbia International College

York University, one of Canada’s top universities, has partnered with Columbia since 2007. Currently, York offers 4 annual scholarships of $2,000 to Columbia’s top graduates that enter the University each year.

In its fifth year of partnering with Columbia for educational excellence, York has established an additional $10,000 scholarship for Columbia graduates entering the Biology program at the University. This exclusive scholarship will be awarded to the top applicant entering York in January of 2012.

As Mr. Ken Withers, Director of Recruitment & Application Relations elaborates: “York University is especially pleased with the high caliber of Columbia’s graduates that enter our university annually. We want to attract more of these students into our various faculties. Therefore, we have established this scholarship to attract Columbia’s top biology students to select York as their university of choice. This is our way of recognizing and rewarding the quality of [Columbia’s] graduates.”
