The newest members of the school family received a warm welcome from Columbia’s University Partners® during Orientation Week. It is not everyday that one receives a personal welcome video from a university president, let alone three. In the run up to Fall Orientation Week, school staff filmed several university officials to create a series of unique videos.
Lights, Camera, Action
The University of Waterloo as well as York and McMaster Universities opened their doors to our film crews in the weeks leading up to Orientation. The videos, which featured university officials, were shot on-location at the world-renowned universities.
During the filming each University President extended a warm welcome to students and parents, encouraged campus visits and talked about their institutions strong relationships with Columbia.
