Signing of Guaranteed Admission Agreement with York University

Columbia International College has a long history of partnering with some of the world’s top universities. Thanks to University Partners®, Columbia graduates can enjoy a range of exclusive benefits from our partner universities.

Columbia recently built on a strong relationship with York University, by signing a Guaranteed Admission Agreement at our Ainsliewood campus. This was in addition to Columbia’s long-standing Dual Admission partnership with the University.

York has a reputation as Canada’s leading interdisciplinary research and teaching university. The Guaranteed Admission Agreement allows Columbia students:

  • guaranteed admission to York University if they meet minimum admission requirements
  • priority attention from York’s International Admissions Officers when they apply
  • specialized on-campus tours
  • annual one-on-one admission advising appointments to help them select a program of study

    • This agreement is yet another part of our commitment to providing a seamless transition to the world’s top universities. We at Columbia are extremely excited about this agreement and we look forward to working closely with York University in the future.
